Returns + Refunds

We make returns easy!

In the unlikely event a product is not what you expected, simply return it back to Better Living Products within 30 days and we’ll refund your credit card for the product total.

Please remember that due to hygienic reasons, items must be unused and returned to us within 30 days from the original date of purchase. Once we’ve received your return at Better Living, we will gladly issue a refund for the product price using your original payment method.

Please allow for 5 business days from when we receive the returned merchandise for the credit to be processed. Kindly give us a heads-up by contacting our Customer Service Team and provide the tracking information for returned products.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please call our Customer Service Team immediately at 1-866-431-6723 or e-mail us at info@dispenser.com. Please ensure to retain your invoice and provide us with proof of damage within 10 days of receiving your order.
